Au revoir Paris - Guten tag Wien.

Hallo from Austria. A little bit of a culture shock with German signs everywhere. Today was a travel day so nothing new to report. Traveling is very simple with my rolling backpack! Just returned from a lively restaurant next door and decided to hold off for a taste of a sachertorte tomorrow in town. We are staying at the Hotel Furstenhof just in front of the Westbahnhof train station a short 3 minute subway ride to the centre of town. Apparently Firsty as it is called is a gem. To Vienna what the Chelsea Hotel is (or once was) to New York, it’s the first choice for bands and artists. We are looking forward to a full night's sleep and a full day of touring tomorrow.
